Who Funds My Rep?

Methodology & Data

How Who Funds My Rep? tracks pro-Israel PAC money: the FEC data sources behind every figure, the full list of tracked committees, what counts toward a member's total (money to their campaign committees across every federal race they have run, combined across all of the FEC candidate IDs the FEC ties to them — leadership PACs and joint fundraising committees are excluded, a gap sized at roughly $20,000 for the 2026 cycle), how the FEC's duplicate notice-and-report filings of each independent expenditure are counted once, how often the database and roster sync, known limitations (including dark money, ad spending that is never reported to the FEC, and older notices that cannot be matched to a report), and a free downloadable dataset. Coverage begins with the 2002 election cycle. Newsrooms and researchers: custom exports and data licensing are available on request. Every dollar resolves to a specific FEC record — unlike some trackers, this site does not credit spending against an opponent to their rival, apply donor-based "funder tests" to unrelated super PACs, or count individual donors' direct contributions, so its totals are reproducible from public filings.
